(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br />INITIATORThe Commission took this item up at 9:34 a.m. with <br />PLANNING DIRECTORno one fromthe public in attendance. <br />AMENDMENT TO <br />CHAPTER 25, ZONING <br />INITIATOR: PLANNING DIRECTOR <br />Amendment to Chapter 25 (Zoning), Article 4, Section 25-4-11 (b) by including a sewer pump <br />station as a permitted use in any zone district subject to the Planning Directors issuance of a <br />plan approval. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT C) <br />MINUTESThe Commission took this item up at 9:41 a.m. with <br />no one from the public in attendance. <br />February 24, 2006 - It was moved by Commissioner Siracusa and seconded by Commissioner <br />Watanabe that the approval of the minutes be deferred to the next meeting. The motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners present. <br />ADMINISTRATIVEThe Commission took this item up at 9:42 a.m. with <br />MATTERS no one from the public in attendance. <br />th <br />Deputy Corporation Counsel Ivan Torigoe noted that at the April 7 meeting he will be <br />discussing a proposed settlement agreement amongst the parties regarding the appealbefore the <br />Third Circuit Court on Ainaloa Development Corporations Use Permit No. 106. He noted the <br />Commission may want an executive session to discuss the merits of the appeal and requested that <br />the staff provide the Commissioners with copies of Judge Haras decision. <br />Commissioner Siracusa stated that she will be unable to attend the April Kona meeting <br />ANNOUNCEMENTSTheCommissiontookthisitemupat9:44a.m.with <br />no one from the public in attendance. <br />Mr. Hayashi reminded the Commissioners of the General Plan Interim Amendments workshop <br />stth <br />on March 31 in Hilo. He noted that hearings on those proposals are scheduled for April 7 in <br />st <br />Hilo and April 21 in West Hawaii. <br />st <br />As some Commissioners would not be at the March 31 workshop and her term would end on <br />thatdate,CommissionerSpringerstateditwasherprivilegeandpleasuretoworkwiththe <br />Commission. Chair Graham expressed the Commissions enjoyment of her attendance and <br />participationovertheyears. <br />ADJOURNMENTTherebeingnofurtherbusiness,theChairmandeclaredthe <br />meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m. <br />2 <br /> <br />
