The motion was unanimously <br />carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners present. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERSThe Commission took this item up at 5:47 p.m. with <br />approximately 5 people from the public in attendance. <br />Deputy Corporation Counsel Ivan Torigoe informed the Commission that on the Ainahoa <br />Development Corporation Use Permit Application that was approved by the Commission there <br />was a request to change one of the major conditions which had to deal with Ainaloa Boulevard <br />that required the developer to pay approximately 6 million dollars and was requesting that it be <br />cut down to 1 million and the Commission denied that. Mr. Torigoe said that the request went <br />up on appeals before Judge Hara and Judge Hara has ordered the Commission into settlement <br />conference. Commissioner Graham has agreed to try and make himself available to represent the <br />Commission along with Mr. Torigoe. Judge Hara has been trying to arrange conferences on <br />Saturdays but Mr. Torigoe will keep the Commission apprised. Mr. Torigoe stated that if theres <br />any agreement among the other parties obviously and if the Judge wants the Commission to <br />consider a settlement then that will be brought forth to the Commission for their consideration. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTSThe Commission took this item up at 5:50 p.m. with <br />3 <br /> <br />
