Single Family Residential ƒ 7,500 square foot (RS-7.5) district. The area involved includes the <br />8-acre areaproposed by Matsuno Enterprises, Ltd. for rezoning from an A-1a to a Neighborhood <br />Commercial ƒ 20,000 square foot (CN-20) district. The property is located along the south side <br />of Ponahawai Street, diagonally across from the Homelani Cemetery, Ponahawai, South Hilo, <br />Hawaii. <br />The Chair stated that the item was deleted from today€s agenda. <br />For Commissioner Siracusa€s information, Mr. Hayashi clarified that the Planning Director will <br />be proposing to repeal Ordinance 487 in its entirety rather than to repeal the 24.495-acre area, <br />adding that all landowners have been notified of the Director€s proposal. He added that this <br />matter is tentatively scheduled on the January 6, 2006 Commission agenda. <br />MINUTESThe Commission took up the following minutes at this time, <br />4:41 p.m. <br />October 7, 2005 ƒ It was moved by Commissioner Siracusaandseconded by Commissioner <br />McCall that the minutes be approved as circulated.
