APPLICANT: DOUGLAS W. The property is located along the south <br />side of Malama Street, approximately 408 feet east of the Malama Street  Kahukai Street <br />intersection, Leilani Estates Subdivision, Keahialaka, Puna, Hawaii, Tax Map Key 1-3-25: <br />portion of 41. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br />MINUTESThe Commission took up the following minutes at this time, <br />12:18 p.m. <br />June 3, 2005  It was moved by Commissioner Alameda and seconded by Commissioner <br />Siracusa that the minutes be approved.
