APPLICANT: DOUGLAS W. KNIGHT (SPP 05-010) <br />Special Permit to allow the establishmentofan automobile repair establishment on 0.25 acre of <br />land situated in the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located along the south <br />side of Malama Street, approximately 408 feet east of the Malama Street Kahukai Street <br />intersection, Leilani Estates Subdivision, Keahialaka, Puna, Hawaii, Tax Map Key 1-3-25: <br />portion of 41. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br />MINUTESThe Commission took up the following minutes at this time, <br />12:18 p.m. <br />June 3, 2005 It was moved by Commissioner Alameda and seconded by Commissioner <br />Siracusa that the minutes be approved. Motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote of all <br />Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE At 12:20 p.m., the following were discussed under administrative <br />MATTERSmatters: <br />Status of appeals filed on Planning Commission decisions - Corporation Counsel - <br />Mr. Torigoe said he had nothing new to report. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTSMr. Hayashi notedthe next meeting is scheduled for July 15, 2005 <br />in Kona. <br />ADJOURNMENTThere being no further business, the Chair declared the meeting <br />adjourned at 12:22 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
