COTTLE: Are you referring to the actual turn lane agreement or the steps that were <br />laid out for the church to take in the notice of violation letter, which was more related to <br />occupancy? <br /> <br />WATANABE: I was under the impression that they would not be granted occupancy until <br />the turn lane was completed. Norman, do you want to add to that? <br /> <br />HAYASHI: I was informed by the Director of Public Works, Warren Lee, yesterday <br />that they met with the applicant I believe either yesterday or the day before, and there is also <br />another agreement with them, and that the Department of Public W <br />th <br />occupy the facility until June 26, I believe it was; after that they would have to terminate the <br />operation and that no certificate of occupancy will be issued un <br />certified. <br />WATANABE: Okay, thank you.
