And this is again to consult with <br />Counsel for purposes of discussing some of your legal options and some of the potential <br />liabilities or I guess defensibility of positions that you may take. <br />SPRINGER:Did you get that Mr. Command? Okay, thank you. And, the record will <br />note that there was one opposition to going into Executive Session and that was Commissioner <br />Alameda. If we could have the room vacated please? <br />EXECUTIVEThe Chair called an Executive Session at 1:05 p.m. <br />SESSIONThe Commission came out of executive session at 1:35 p.m. by a motion <br />made by Commissioner McCall, seconded by Commissioner Smith, and <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />SPRINGER:As stated previously at 1:30 we lose quorum of this body. We€re at 1:30 <br />now. I see one Commissioner preparing his things to leave. Is there any further discussion we <br />want to have today or may we have a motion to continue this matter. <br />IWASHITA:I think at the suggestion of Counsel we€ll put on the record a motion to <br />close Executive Session. <br />SPRINGER:Okay. <br />IWASHITA:I so move. <br />SPRINGER:Thank you.
