Mr. Yuen. <br />YUEN: Just on that same point, the proposed rezoning condition is the <br />standard affordable housing condition which would allow them, they could do it on site, they <br />could do it some place else within a 15-mile radius, they could purchase affordable housing <br />credits if they’re available. There are a number of options for them. They’re only, I think, <br />expressing their current plan of putting affordable housing on the mauka property. If that, for <br />example, like if the property does not get rezoned and reclassified then that plan will fall <br />through but they’ll still have to do affordable housing somehow. <br />WATANABE: Okay, thank you. Also, for further clarification since we have that <br />zoning map up there, Mr. Darrow, is that area where the proposed affordable housing located <br />within the Urban Expansion area? <br />DARROW: That is correct. <br />WATANABE: Okay -. <br />DARROW: That would be in this general location. <br />WATANABE: Yeah, okay.
