YUEN: Just on that same point, the proposed rezoning condition is the standard affordable housing condition which would allow them, they could do it on site, they could do it some place else within a 15-mile radius, they could purchase affordable housing credits if they’re available. There are a number of options for them. They’re only, I think, expressing their current plan of putting affordable housing on the mauka property. If that, for example, like if the property does not get rezoned and reclassified then that plan will fall through but they’ll still have to do affordable housing somehow. WATANABE: Okay, thank you. Also, for further clarification since we have that zoning map up there, Mr. Darrow, is that area where the proposed affordable housing located within the Urban Expansion area?
