Protect and promote the prudent use of Hawai`i's unique,fragile, and <br /> significant environmental and natural resources. <br /> d. Protect rare or endangered species and habitats native to Hawaii. <br /> e. Protect and effectively manage Hawai`i's open space, watersheds, <br /> shoreline and natural areas. <br /> f.
