TULANG: So, the order of the business of the day besides coming to sign the Findings <br />of Facts—is to elect our new Board Chair and Vice -Chair. So, nominations are now open for <br />Board Chair. Folks, don't all volunteer at the same time. <br />MS. NAMAHOE: I would like to nominate Judge Chillingworth. <br />MR. CHILLINGWORTH: Well, I'm the junior, junior, junior member of this Board and I think <br />that there are other people on the Board that should be given the opportunity for me, really. <br />And I'm not saying that because I don't want to be chairman—and I think at some point I could <br />do it. But I've been here for what—four or five months. There's a wealth of information that I <br />still haven't come up against or had the opportunity to put into my <br />Before I became a judge I spent 15 years going to court -15 years. And in that 15 -year time <br />period, I learned a lot about how to be a judge. But, this is four months. There are other people <br />on the Board who would serve very well, who will have had more experience than I have. And, <br />thank you for the—for thinking of me, but my clear preference is to get a little bit more <br />experience on the Board before stepping up. <br />CHR. TULANG: Okay. Go ahead. <br />MS. NAMAHOE: May I rebut? <br />CHR. TULANG: I was going to, but you can go ahead. <br />MS. NAMAHOE: Understand please understand, Sir, that Mitch and I started a few months <br />before you.
