At this time, <br />we'll go on to our "New Business"so, Bill. <br />New Business (for discussion and appropriate action) (Item 6) <br />Annual Performance Evaluation Process for the Director of Human Resources for Fiscal <br />Year 2017-2018. <br />MR. BRILHANTE: You know what—good morning, Merit Appeals Board, Members <br />William Brilhante, Director, Human Resources. <br />As far as the evaluation goes, my understanding of the process and—correct me if I'm wrong—is <br />that pursuant to MAB Rule "100-11 Performance evaluation" you have three criteria that you <br />set forth as to what the basis of your evaluation will be for the information that formulate the <br />basis of your evaluation. And, I have no objection to that going forward—and I also would <br />welcome any discussion in regards to this matter. <br />Page 8 <br />
