Merit Appeals Board <br />Director's Report (Item 7) <br />February 11, 2022 <br />CHR. CABANAS: We are now on Number 7. There is no "Director's Report" on the agenda. <br />Schedule Next Meeting Date (Item 8) <br />CHR. CABANAS: Number 8, scheduling the next meeting date. I think Glynis polled all of the <br />Board members. We were tentatively looking at March 28, 2022, in the Hilo Council Chambers <br />of the Hawaii County Building. Is the start 10 a.m. workable for everyone? <br />MR. KUNZ: I'm afraid I might be having a conflict on the 28'. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Oh, okay. <br />MR. KUNZ: I apologize. And this just came up a couple of days ago. I may not be in the State. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Available. <br />MR. KUNZ: Yeah. <br />CHR. CABANAS: So, Glynis will check the calendar. Shall we just take little pause for a <br />minute at 10:46 a.m. <br />RECESS: The Chair called for a recess at 10:46 a.m. <br />RECONVENE: The meeting reconvened at 10:49 a.m. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, we are back in open session at 10:49 a.m. After polling all of the <br />Board members and checking everyone's availability and the availability of the Hilo Council <br />Chambers, the next meeting date that we're looking at is March 10'', 2022, at 11:30 a.m. <br />Do I have a motion for us to—do I need a motion for that, J? Do I need a motion to schedule the <br />meeting day? I can set it? Okay. <br />So March 10h is the date at 11:30 a.m. for our next meeting. <br />Adiournment (Item 9) <br />CHR.
