<br />Purpose Evaluating An Officer Or Employee Of The County Of Hawaii, Where The
<br />Consideration Of Matters Affecting Privacy Will Be Involved And Consulting With The
<br />Board's Attorney On Questions And Issues Pertaining To The Board's Powers, Duties,
