The Chair queried the Commission as to whether item number 10 on the agenda may be heard <br />following agenda item number 3 to accommodate a travel request by the applicant. <br />The Commission agreed to hear agenda item number 10 following item number 3. <br />SMA 03-019The Commission took this item up at 2:28 p.m. with <br />ROD IMMINGapproximately 14 people from the public in attendance. <br />KONA SEAVIEW LOTS <br />SUBDIVISION <br />NORTH KONA <br />APPLICANT: ROD IMMING (SMA 03-019) <br />Continued hearing, including discussions on the HearingOfficerŠs proposed Findings of Fact, <br />Conclusions of Law, and Recommendations, and any exceptions and/or oral arguments of the <br />parties, on the application for a Special Management Area (SMA) Use Permitto allow the <br />development of fourteen (14) condominium units within two 3-storybuildings and a 2-story <br />building, and related improvements.
