We believe that the courts decision infringes upon this bodys jurisdiction and this bodys province, and I -. Ill stop there because youve -. And Id like to note for the Planning Commission the presence of Mr. Roy, who is here this afternoon, who is the president of that organization; and Im speaking on behalf of that organization this afternoon.
