Yuen, Planning Director <br />Norman Hayashi, Planning Program Manager <br />Jeff Darrow, Staff Planner <br />Kiran Emler representing Department of Public Works <br />The Chair introduced the Commissioners and staff to members of the public. <br />All those testifying were duly sworn in. <br />The Commission took this item up at 9:02 a.m. with <br />REZ 04-010 <br /> approximately 16 people from the public in attendance. <br />THAD E.BOND <br />KALOKO, <br />NORTH KONA <br />APPLICANT: THAD E.BOND (REZ 04-010) <br />Change of Zone from an Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) to an Agricultural 10-acre (A-10a) <br />district for approximately 20.992 acres of land.
