ADMINISTRATIVEThe Commission took up the following under <br />MATTERSadministrative matters: <br />Status of appeals filed on Planning Commission decisions - Corporation Counsel ƒ <br />Mr. Torigoe had no report on this matter. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTSThe following announcements were made: <br />HCPO Conference - Mr. Hayashi announced that the advanced schedule for the HCPO <br />Conference has been distributed to the Commission and request the Commissioners to <br />submit their airline information to staff as soon as possible. <br />Planning Commissioner ƒ Mr. Hayashi reported that the Mayor€s Executive Assistant has <br />said the vacant Planning Commission position for Puna should be filled very shortly. <br />ADJOURNMENTThere being no further business, the Chair declared the <br />meeting adjourned at 4:03 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
