Commissioner Bertsch stated <br /> for the record, he will abstain from voting on the minutes of the meetings he wasn't <br /> present for. No further discussion, it carried unanimously, and the minutes were <br /> approved. <br /> • Commissioner Andrion motioned to approve the regular and executive session minutes <br /> for December 12, 2022. Seconded by Commissioner Sur, with no discussion, it carried <br /> unanimously, and the minutes were approved. <br /> • Commissioner Andrion motioned to approve the regular and executive session minutes <br /> for December 13, 2022, seconded by Commissioner Sur. Vice Chair Toci stated those <br /> meetings were a great opportunity and expressed her gratitude. No further discussion, <br /> it carried unanimously, and the minutes were approved. <br />
