The property is <br />located along the west side of Hawi Road, approximately 1,700 feet north of the Hawi <br />Road Î Kohala Mountain Road (Highway 250) Î Kynnersley Road junc <br />nd <br />Homesteads 2 Series, Kaauhuhu, North Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: 5-5-02:85. <br />Mr. Darrow oriented the Commission and public of the subject and surrounding <br />properties on the location map and site plan, summarized the request, and noted the <br />Planning DirectorÓs favorable recommendation. <br />The new owner of the property/applicant, Mitchell Thompson, and his representatives, <br />Sidney Fuke, were in attendance. <br />1 <br /> <br />
