The property is located at the northwest corner of Kuakini Highway and <br />th <br />Seaview Circle, Kona Seaview Lots Subdivision, Holualoa 4, North Kona, Hawaii, <br /> <br />TMK: 7-7-15:71 and 73. <br />(SEE EXHIBIT B) <br />MINUTESThe Commission took up the following minutes at <br />10:02 a.m. <br />March 5, 2004 Î It was moved by Commissioner Springer and second <br />Commissioner McCall that the minutes be approved as circulated. Motion was <br />unanimously carried by a voice vote of all Commissioners in attendance. <br />ADMINISTRATIVEThe Commission took up the following under <br />MATTERSadministrative matters: <br />Puukala Development Î For Commissioner SpringerÓs information, M <br />that the environmental assessment is currently in the review and comment period. <br />Blasman Contested Case Hearing Î In response to Commissioner SpringerÓs inquiry, <br />Mr. Yuen explained that the applicant has agreed to suspend further hearings for the time <br />being. <br />Planning Commission Meeting Î In response to the ChairÓs inquiry, Mr. Hayashi noted <br />the next meeting is scheduled for April 2, 2004 in the County Councilroom in Hilo. <br />ADJOURNMENTThere being no further business, the Chair declared the <br />meeting adjourned at 10:27 a.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Sharon M.
