Merit Appeals Board <br />July 18, 2022 <br />So, there is some type of larger gap happening in our communities and that is an example of an <br />area where you could have an impact on recruitment by going completely outside of the <br />recruitment route. <br />So, I think, I just encourage you to continue to look into some of those bigger phenomena's and <br />dynamics are happening in our community, `cause they're people—it's just somethings <br />happening, right. <br />MR. CABANAS: Yeah. And we want all of you to be successful in what you're doing. And <br />maybe we're getting a little antsy about it but I know I wasI was getting a little antsy"Okay, <br />where's the County, I want to tell people to apply for County jobs." <br />And so, yeah, whatever you can do to move it forward—increase the visibility and then once you <br />increase the visibility, you keep at it. It's a momentum already. You just—the drumbeat—you <br />just got to keep at it, and see where it goes. <br />MR. LEOPOLDINO: Thank you. <br />CHR.
