There was no one from the public testifying on this application. <br />It was moved by Commissioner McCall and seconded by Commissioner Thibadeau that Use <br />Permit No. 85 be revoked. A roll call vote was taken and motion carried with seven ayes <br />(McCall, Thibadeau, Graham, Mina, Smith, Springer and Fujikawa) and two absent and excused <br />(Galdones and Kubota). <br />MINUTESThe Commission took up the following minutes at this time, <br />12:04 p.m. <br />December 4-5, 2003 Î It was moved by Commissioner Mina and seconded by Commissioner <br />McCall that the minutes be approved as circulated.
