Council based on and incorporating the Planning DirectorÓs recommendation, with amendments <br />to Conditions F and G, as well as the amendments proposed by the <br />McCall requested the DirectorÓs comments on the applicantÓs proposed amendments. Mr. Yuen <br />said he would prefer to have more specific time frames as to when the improvements are <br />required since there may be a questioned raised as to what does it mean Ðat the time the subject <br />property is developed,Ñ noting one could say that the property is being developed as soon as they <br />start to do any work. Commissioner Fujikawa agreed with Commissioner Kubota to withdraw <br />the part of the motion of accepting the applicantÓs proposed amendments as they agreed with the <br />Director.
