So, he is right. It is a good balance. <br />So, I just want to thank you, Mel, for your thoughts, for your perspective, for all the questions <br />that you raised professionally on this Board. We really appreciate it. <br />And, Gay, thank you for accepting to be the vice -chair. It sounds scarry but really isn't. It will <br />be okay. <br />MS. MATHEWS: As long as you, J, and Glynis don't go anywhere this doesn't sound too bad. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, the next meeting date is March 24', 10 a.m., here at the Hilo <br />Council Chambers of the Hawaii County Building, at 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401 <br />in Hilo, Hawaii, with members wishing to attend via ZOOM capability. <br />And we will await with pleasure the presence of Mr. Wiseman at the next meeting.
