CABANAS: We are now on Number—"Approval of Minutes." Has everyone had the opportunity to review the regular session meeting minutes of June 17, 2022, July 18, 2022; and the closed session of July 18, 2022? Okay, everyone is nodding that they've reviewed it. May I have a motion to approve these three meeting minutes? MR. KUNZ: So moved. CHR. CABANAS: Thank you, Mr. Kunz. Is there a second? MS. DE SOTO: Second. CHR. CABANAS: Thank you, Ms. De Soto. Any discussion? If not, we will start with Ms. Gay Mathews, rollcall vote to approve the meeting minutes of June 17, 2022, July 18, 2022—regular sessions for those two meetings; and the closed session of July 18, 2022. MS. MATHEWS: Question—why does our agenda show "Approval of Minutes"—"None." Should that be adjusted? CHR. CABANAS: Well, it doesn't show "None"—for the approval of the meeting minutes? MS. MATHEWS: Yeah. CHR. CABANAS: Where do you see that? MS. MATHEWS: (Inaudible) the one I was sent is the old one. Please ignore that I said that. Aye. CHR. CABANAS: Okay. Thank you, Ms. Mathews.
