SPP 03-006The Commission took this item up at 10:42 a.m. with <br />MUHAMMAD approximately 12 people from the public in attendance. <br />YUNIS, DVM <br />KEAAU, <br />PUNA <br />APPLICANT: MUHAMMAD YUNIS, DVM (SPP 03-006) <br />Application for a Special Permit to allow the establishment of a 2-story veterinary clinic, which <br />includes a boarding facility, sale of animal care related products, and a caretaker's apartment <br />unit, on 2 acres of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District.
