We have quorum today with four <br />Board members present—Mr. Mel Ventura sitting in via ZOOM from Kailua-Kona. Good <br />morning, Mel. <br />MR. VENTURA: Good morning. <br />CHR. CABANAS: And here in the Hilo Council Chambers at the Hawaii County Building at <br />25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401, in Hilo, Hawaii—with me are the following <br />individuals—Board members Gay Mathews and Charlie Kunz. Also present are our Director of Human Resources, <br />Waylen Leopoldino, and the new Recruitment and Examination Manager for the Department of <br />Human Resources, Michelle Simmons.
