He thanked the Commission for their <br />professionalism and the courtesy extended to him. His parting words to the Commission were to <br />base their decisions on what is only on the record and not by a CommissionerÓs personal <br />comments or inquiries; to adhere to the Sunshine Law, and to please extend to Ms. OÓToole the <br />same courtesy and kindness that the Commission has shown him, noting Ms. OÓToole is very <br />3 <br /> <br />
