Cabanas, at the Hilo Council Chambers, Hawaii County <br />Building, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401, Hilo, Hawaii, on Friday, January 20, 2023. <br />Roll Call — Present <br />Ms. Gabriella M.
