If not, we will initial will initiate a rollcall vote starting with <br />Mr. Ventura. <br />MR. VENTURA: Aye. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Ms. Mathews. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Aye. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Ms. De Soto. <br />MS. DE SOTO: Aye. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Should I vote? J, should I vote? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: (Inaudible.) <br />CHR. CABANAS: Aye. I gladly accept. Thank you. <br />Motion carried. <br />I just want to state thank you, Board members, for your support and confidence in my role in <br />continuing to be the chair. <br />Now, we are faced with the vice -chair. Now, Mr. Ventura has been our vice -chair. Do you have <br />any advice because Mel is sitting in for the next 90 days until his successor. `Cause his term is <br />actually up or was up at the end of December. I don't know if that's—if I'm stating that <br />correctly, but he's staying on for the next 90 days until his successor is nominated and approved. <br />Yeah. <br />So, J, any advice could you give the Board, please? <br />MR. YOSHIMOTO: Recommendation would be to nominate someone who's going to continue <br />to be on the Board. And in light of Mr. Ventura's term being up—he's on holdover status, right. <br />CHR.
