CABANAS: Ms. Cabanas—aye. <br />Motion carried to accept and approve the executive session minutes of February 11, 2022. <br />I did skip over the closed session of March 10h and the executive session meeting minutes of <br />March 10'', 2022, because I was recused from the closed session and the executive session of <br />March 10. <br />So, I'm going to refer this to our Vice -Chair, Mr. Mel Ventura, who served as the acting chair in <br />my absence.
