Should the <br /> Planning Commissions decide not to adopt the proposed amendments, the Planning Department <br /> and Planning Commissions will still need to implement HRS 205A, but their rules will not be <br /> aligned with the recent changes made by Act 16 and prior changes made to HRS 205A that are <br /> not reflected in the rules. <br /> Additionally, as previously stated, the amendments to Department Rule 11 do not require <br /> approval by the Commission.
