The first order of business is to determine with <br />Randy Vitousek if his last witness Fielding Schultz is available this morning. <br />VITOUSEK:Good morning -. <br />GIFFIN:Good morning. <br />VITOUSEK:Hearings Officers. IÓll first introduce my clients who are with us <br />today. <br />GIFFIN:Yes. And, you know, it just occurred to me I havenÓt int <br />everybody up here either. <br />VITOUSEK:Oh, okay. <br />GIFFIN:So please go ahead. <br />VITOUSEK:Okay. Well, Wayne and Sue Lani Blasman are here today, as are <br />Jim and Geri Fox. So theyÓre the owners of the subject property and the Applicants this <br />morning. And the answer to your question, Madam Chairman, about Mr. Schultz is, no, <br />heÓs not available. And so we are pau with our case, subject to, you know, the potential <br />to call Mr. Fielding or other witnesses if theyÓre available or in rebuttal. <br />GIFFIN:Okay, and -. <br />VITOUSEK:And, and, so, then, I understand that if Mr. Schultz does not testify, <br />that his written report may not been received.
