So let’s start off with David Rico. Go ahead with <br />your testimony. <br />RICO:Mr. Chairman, Mr. Director, and Mr. Counsel, and members of the <br />Commission. Good afternoon to all of you. I’m here to just briefly support the <br />application of Melanie Boudar because I think that this is a, it’s a good situation, it’s a <br />good business for the tourist industry that is making Hawai’i their destination. I believe <br />that Mrs., Melanie Boudar has addressed all the common complaints that are circulating <br />in Mauna Loa Estates. These are common complaints that have been around for awhile. <br />I’ve heard them before, the parking on the side, the dogs barking, people, you know, <br />establishing their homes as salvaged yards.
