WOOD AND MELODY LYNN WOOD (SSP NO. 870) <br />Continued hearing on the request to amend Special Permit No. 870 by including the <br />adjoining one-acre parcel of land, and to amend Condition No. 4 (complete construction) <br />for the establishment of the Orchidland Trade Center in the State Land Use Agricultural <br />District. The request is to also amend Condition No. 8 by increasing the hours of <br />operation from "daylight hours" to "6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m." and to allow the addition of <br />"food service uses." The properties are located in Orchidland Estates Subdivision at the <br />th <br />northwest corner of Orchidland Drive and 34 Street, approximately 1,600 feet west <br />(mauka) of Keaau-Pahoa Road, in the vicinity of the Orchidland W <br />Puna, Hawaii, TMK: 1-6-10:82 and 83. <br />SPRINGER:The first item of business regards Applicant Verne A.
