WATANABE: Yes. <br />TORIGOE: Well, and the other thing you can do is make a recommendation that there <br />be further discussion with the Department of Public Works and let the DPW traffic people be <br />prepared to come to the Council with some proposals from a traffic engineering standpoint on <br />how they expect this to happen. <br />YUEN: I’m fine with that. <br />WATANABE: Okay. So that, now what we’re talking about is retaining Condition F as it <br />stands now and adding to Condition F -. And would you please restate the condition, the <br />addition, Mr. Torigoe? <br />TORIGOE: Okay, basically along the lines that “Ingress and egress to the site shall be <br />subject to such traffic controls as may be required by the Department of Public Works and that <br />any future changes to the ingress and egress would also be subject to any new traffic controls <br />that may be required by the Department of Public Works.” <br />WATANABE: Oh, and also that Public Works will be present with the -. <br />TORIGOE: Yeah, and in your recommendation letter I guess just to make note that the <br />Commission is concerned about ensuring that the ingress and egress is safely controlled and <br />recommending that the Department of Public Works be required to appear and provide testimony <br />regarding how that would happen. <br />WATANABE: Thank you. <br />WOODWARD: Mr. Chairman? <br />WATANABE: Yes, Mr. Woodward? <br />WOODWARD: Were we going to strike the provision that they could have access from <br />Kilauea Avenue? <br />WATANABE: No, we would retain that portion and only add on what the, so that would <br />afford Public Works whatever option they have. <br />WOODWARD: All right, very good. <br />WATANABE: Is everyone clear on the revision?
