I just want to help out here. <br />WATANABE: We would need your address please, first. <br />th <br />LUM: Oh, I live on 28 Street in Paradise Park. <br />WATANABE: Yeah, thank you. <br />LUM: And we’re just trying to get some, you know, work for you. I mean, you <br />know, we want the special permit for the island, you know. We’re trying to make it all good, <br />looking really nice. We want the Board to really go out and look at it. I mean, you know, we <br />worked hard on it. We’re all for the people, you know. I mean the island needs work so we’re <br />here to provide. Okay? <br />WATANABE: Do we have any questions? <br />BOWMAN: Just a quick question. So you work for Mr. Sumida? <br />th <br />LUM: Oh, I live on 28 Street. <br />BOWMAN: Okay. <br />LUM: And I’ve helped him on the lot; and I’ve seen all the workers there, and <br />they’re all excited to move there. So, you know, I mean, we’re just there to help him out. <br />BOWMAN: To move their trucks there? <br />LUM: To put their trucks there. <br />BOWMAN: Okay, thank you. <br />LUM: Okay. <br />SUMIDA: Can I add something? <br />WATANABE: Yes. <br />SUMIDA: We’ve been looking for other Light Industrial property where we could <br />possibly move our company to, because that’s one of the provisions in the Special Permit, to <br />look for another spot. And as early as just this last week we got another report back from our <br />realtor saying that there was nothing within a four-mile radius that was zoned for the work that <br /> EXHIBIT C <br />5 <br /> <br />
