NEW BUSINESS Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). 1.The Action Committee will review and discuss the Kona Community Development Plan CIP project list for submission to the Planning Department for consideration. Proposed Bond Float. 2.The Action Committee will discuss the County’s proposed bond float and possible inclusion of KCDP infrastructure projects, like the La’aloa Extension project. Village Design Guidelines. 3.Planning Department staff will provide the Action Committee with an update of the current status of the Calibration of the Village Design Guidelines from the Kona Community Development Plan. The Action Committee will review and discuss the draft Village Design Guidelines as calibrated by PlaceMakers, LLC. The Action Committee will make recommendations to the Planning Director regarding the draft Village Design Guidelines.
