Special Permit No. 842,as amended by the Windward Planning <br /> Commission at its meeting of February 1,2018,required construction and completion of the <br /> project on at least one of the three(3)lots by October 18, 2023. The applicant is requesting an <br /> additional five(5)years to address this requirement, as well as the subsequent extension on the <br /> remaining two(2)lots. <br /> The applicant—which purchased the subject properties via an agreement of sale in 2021 <br /> --has made substantial progress towards addressing this requirement. It had secured Final Plan <br /> Approval, secured a grading permit, and had preliminary building, electrical,and civil plans <br /> prepared for a new bottling and warehouse facility on one of those lots(TMK: 1-6-141: 024). <br /> While it has every intention of completing this project as soon as possible, given the permitting <br /> and construction uncertainties,completion by October 2023 is problematic. As such,the <br /> applicant is seeking an extension of the first lot. Concurrently, it is requesting additional time to <br /> complete the remaining two (2) lots. <br /> In that regard,please find the report outlining the request and related information.. The <br /> list of surrounding property owners and related filing requirement are/will be uploaded into the <br /> EPIC system. <br /> Should you have any questions on this matter, please feel free to contact me.
