The request is to 1) <br />delete the self-storage facility; 2) change the mini-mart to a 15,600-square foot market facility; <br />and 3) construct a 2-story, 5,760-square foot structure for a commercial retail and office use. <br />The gas station will be retained. The property is located on 1.88 acres of land situated within the <br />State Land Use Agricultural District at the corner of Hawaii Belt Road (Highway 11) and Lotus <br />Blossom Lane, Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision, Kahuku, Kau, Hawaii, TMK: 9-2- <br />93:47. <br />GALDONES:Commissioners we are on agenda item number 4. Applicant is Burt <br />Kamigaki formerly Michael BellSPP No. 1115.
