2.“Sunshine Law” training for Commissioners, by Deputy Corporation Counsel Amy Self. <br />Ms. Self provided Commissioners with an informational presentation on the requirements <br />Chapter 92, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, for meetings of the KVDC and meetings or other <br />interactions of the commissioners, either among two or more of themselves or with one <br />or more other persons in private or in public. <br />3. Appointment of a “Vice-Chair” for a forthcoming Commission meeting. <br />Chair Coats explained that neither she nor Vice-Chair Bleck would be present for the <br />scheduled May 11, 2010 meeting of the Commission, and called for a motion to appoint a <br />temporary Vice-Chair for that one meeting. Commissioner Herbert moved that he be <br />appointed by the Commission to serve as Vice-Chair for the May 11, 2010 meeting. His <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Kern. The motion was unanimously approved <br />by voice vote of the Commissioners. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />There were none. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, at 6:56 p.m., it was moved by Commissioner Herbert, seconded <br />by Commissioner Kern, that the meeting be adjourned.
