The current unfettered use of the parking stalls has not only <br /> been abused but has created some safety and maintenance (and potential liability) issues for <br /> the applicant. While the language of the existing condition would suggest the applicant's ability <br /> to do so without this amendment, to assure greater transparency and not risk been cited for a <br /> violation, the applicant is proposing to amend that condition to make clear that controls can be <br /> exercised. <br /> The subject property is located on the makai side of Kuakini Highway, along the south <br /> side of Hanama Place in Kailua Village and identified by TMK: 7-5-007: 033 with an address of <br /> 75-5722 Hanama Place.
