<br />Commissioner Ross asked staff if they thought the Commissioners <br />telecommunication facilities should be limited to the KVSD or island-wide. Rosalind <br />Newlon suggested that requesting that the zoning code be amended <br />impacts would help with all applications for cell phone towers. <br />Bennett Mark agreed and said that a lot of time is spent over th <br />trying to address visual impacts.
