Commissioner Ross asked staff if they thought the Commissioners telecommunication facilities should be limited to the KVSD or island-wide. Rosalind Newlon suggested that requesting that the zoning code be amended impacts would help with all applications for cell phone towers. Bennett Mark agreed and said that a lot of time is spent over th trying to address visual impacts.
