Located at 75-5819 AliÒi Drive, Kailua-Kona, HI, at th <br />Marketplace. <br />Ms. Newlon explained that the request is to install two awnings <br />that on the second floor of LuluÓs restaurant. She noted that t <br />designated Resort-Hotel 7.5, with a required land area of 7,500 sq. ft. required for each <br />dwelling unit (V-7.5) and is located on combined area of approxi <br />explained that this action also requires an amendment to their P <br />(PUD) Permit and a Special Management Area Assessment.
