At the previous hearing on <br /> January 19, 2023, the Commission voted to grant three petitioners standing in a contested case <br /> hearing. Pursuant to Planning Commission Rule 4-6(i), the parties were directed to participate in a <br /> mediation conference before the contested case hearing could commence.
