Five were in favor, opposed by Commissioner <br /> Quartararo, motion carried. <br /> ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> Chair Brown announced the next meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., at <br /> the County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni St., Hilo, Hawaii. <br /> DCC Frenz advised the commission to get more comfortable and used to stating their <br /> names when they begin to speak to help Ms. Correa make the record. <br /> Commissioner Sur stated at the last meeting Commissioner Andrion mentioned recording <br /> meetings via Zoom. He wanted to know if he had followed up on that. Commissioner <br /> Andrion stated he no longer recommends that. Commissioner Sur asked if the Police <br /> Commission decided to go in that direction, would the other commissions have to do the <br /> same thing? DCC Frenz stated it's up to each commission. County Council is 100% in <br /> person, but sometimes hybrid.
