So, for September 29', 2022, Mr. Kunz was absent <br />and excused; October 27h, 2022, Ms. Mathews was absent and excused; December 20'', 2022; <br />Ms. De Soto was absent and excused; January 20'', 2023, Mr. Kunz was absent and excused; <br />February 17, 2023, all Board members were present. <br />So, may I have a motion to accept—approve and accept the meeting minutes for all the dates that <br />I mentioned. <br />MS.
