PERSONNEL REPORT Internal Recruitment within Department Fire Captain Jason Robello and Jared Spencer promoted to Fire Captain effective February 16, 2023. Fire Equipment Operator Bran Keopuhiwa and Kyle Vares promoted to Fire Equipment Operator effective February 16, 2023. Fire/EMS Specialist II Talmadge Magno II promoted to Fire/EMS Specialist II effective April 1, 2023. Fire Rescue Specialist Assessment Center has not yet been scheduled. Open -Competitive Recruitment Fire Fighter Recruit Orientation session and medical exams to be scheduled for Fire Fighter Recruit in May 2023. Fire Communications Officer I Seventy-seven names were referred by DHR for Fire Communications Officer I. Third interviews were held on March 3, 2023. One conditional offer was made.
