September 10, 2021 <br />Attn: Leeward Planning Commission <br />Aloha <br />1 am writing to express my opposition to SSP-21-00027....in which the <br />property owner is wishing to operate a gymnastics and fitness facility on <br />zoned agriculture land. He is ALREADY operating this illegally...this is the <br />modus operandi of this land owner...he does what he pleases. <br />1 have lived up slope from this property for 25 years and have endured <br />illegal rock crushing, illegal grading,illegal dumping and various other <br />illegal activities in which the property owner has been fined, put on notice, <br />etc, etc and yet.........here we are again.... <br />As a long time business owner in Kona 1 find his lack of respect for the <br />rules in place and the Aina appalling. <br />Honestly I don't even know why I am wasting my time with this letter. It <br />will be ignored, as are all the complaints, concerns and questions that are <br />raised about this property.
