Memo to Planning Department <br />Page 2 <br />November 12, 2021 <br />Based on Engineering Division comments above, the map as well as the letter from <br />Mr. Gloor regarding the access road does not appear to address all safety concerns. <br />However, the Engineering Division does not have the authority to restrict access within <br />private property which would be the liability of the property owner. <br /> <br />The Building Division had the following comments: <br /> <br />BuildingÓs investigation team performed an inspection in response to a complaint on this <br />property. The structure was permitted as an Agricultural Warehouse (no electrical and <br />no plumbing) under permit BK2019-01023. There were no framing or final inspections <br />completed on the structure and their investigation found unpermitted electrical and <br />plumbing installed. No as-built applications have been applied for. Since these items are <br />still outstanding, the Building Division would not support approval for occupancy.
