VITOUSEK: Commissioners, are there any questions for the applicant? Commissioner <br /> DeFranco. <br /> DEFRANCO: Yeah, a couple questions. One, do you have like a long-term lease with the <br /> Bolton to be doing this? I mean this is a huge commitment on both parts. What's <br /> GUIFFRIDA: Our intent is for this to be our permanent home. <br /> DEFRANCO: So <br /> GUIFFRIDA: So, yes. <br /> DEFRANCO: —you have some kind of written thing there then with him about that being <br /> GUIFFRIDA: Yes,we do. <br /> DEFRANCO: Okay, and then, so this is for 2.3 acres of a very large parcel, is there a plan to do <br /> some kind of other development on there, can you say or? <br /> GUIFFRIDA: I really don't know if there's plans to do any more development. <br /> DEFRANCO: It felt like, listening to Mr. Darrow speak that,because we are talking about a <br /> road access that would, that road would be used for other things like maybe a subdivision. I'm <br /> just asking this question because I'm trying to understand the relationship of this piece of land to <br /> the surrounding land into a flood plain and how that relates to our community and—and maybe <br /> you can answer that, but maybe somebody in the county can, I don't know. <br /> GUIFFRIDA: As far as I know, I don't believe there is any plans on doing a subdivision. But <br /> I'm not the landowner. <br /> VITOUSEK: John,would you like to respond? <br /> PIPAN: Yes,thanks, Chair Vitousek Thank you, Commissioner DeFranco, for your question. I <br /> had brief discussions with the landowner about their master plan for this area, and it's, it's not <br /> very far along. So we are not engaged to do any further planning outside of the Special Permit, <br /> and to my knowledge they don't have firm plans for additional developments. <br /> DEFRANCO: Okay, and so your special use permit is right above Innovation School, is that <br /> right? It's above there. And to the south of the special use, there is like a road that—is there a <br /> road access that's going to be used by you possibly in the future on the south side? <br /> PIPAN: Yes, again, thanks for the question. There are three separate flags, four lots,to the <br /> south of the subject property. And there are easements that allow for that paved access and <br /> waterline to cross that area. We indicated that area for a potential emergency access, given that <br /> 14 <br /> EXHIBIT B <br />
